Refund policy

Returns & cancellations

For help with an order or to arrange a return, contact hello@spintarot.com with your order number.

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel your order before your parcel is handed to the carrier. We will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to the original payment method.

14-day change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. The set must be unused, with no wear, damage or modification beyond reasonable inspection, and include the pendant, chain, printed guide and packaging.

Please contact us before posting your return so we can confirm the address and return instructions. Our return destination is in Suzhou, China. International return postage can be substantial.

Return costs and refund amount

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage. Once the return has been received and inspected, an approved return will be refunded at the amount actually paid for the returned product. For U.S. orders with free shipping, we will not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from that product refund.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with a description and, where available, photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or a refund. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the agreed reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Receiving your refund

We will notify you of the outcome after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider. Any legally required refund deadlines take precedence.
